Expertise

Three areas, from product to organization.

Product building

Build

We design agents and applications connected to your IT systems. Targets, access rights and deliverables are set before development.

  • AI agents: voice, conversational, domain-specific
  • Applications: web and internal tools
  • Automations: your existing tools, connected
  • Prototypes: working in a matter of days

Training

Train

We train your teams to use AI, then to build their own tools. Every session starts from a real process in your organization, never from a generic example.

  • Introduction: AI uses for non-technical teams
  • Programs: tailored, in-house
  • Intensive bootcamps: with IQ Project, vibe coding and AI agents
  • Workshops: build live

EU AI Act, Article 4Since 27 July 2026, Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 asks AI deployers to take measures for their staff’s AI literacy.

AI transformation

Transform

We assess every use case on three criteria: value, feasibility and risk. The selected cases are ranked into a roadmap, then deployed under governance rules your teams can apply.

  • Audit: current uses and processes
  • Roadmap: cases ranked in order
  • Governance: security and compliance
  • Locally installed AI: sensitive data

Use cases

Six functions, eighteen cases.

Each typical case connects to your existing tools. Sensitive actions stay subject to human approval.

A CRM that stays up to date, follow-ups prepared.

  • Agent

    Inbound lead qualification

Every request is read and scored against your criteria, then assigned to the right salesperson with its history.

  • Automation

    Call summaries and follow-ups

Each meeting summary is logged in the CRM. The follow-up is drafted, then submitted for approval.

  • Voice agent

    Reviving inactive leads

A voice agent calls back contacts who went quiet. It qualifies the need, then books a slot in the calendar.

Method

Four steps, one deliverable per step.

  1. 01

    Scope

We map the candidate processes. Each case is scored on value, feasibility and risk. Deliverable: a prioritization matrix.

  2. 02

    Prototype

We test the selected case on a sample of your data, within days. Deliverable: a prototype you assess before committing further.

  3. 03

    Deploy

Connection to your IT systems, secrets and API keys kept out of the code. Deliverable: a documented system in production.

  4. 04

    Hand over

We train the teams that run and evolve the system. Deliverable: documentation, handover, code delivered.

Sovereignty

Data and code under your control.

Source code is delivered to your organization’s repository. Four commitments govern how your data is handled.

European hosting
Your data is hosted with a French or European provider. This is the default choice on every project.
AI installed locally
On request, models run on your own servers, with no external cloud. Data never leaves your infrastructure.
Zero training
No client data is used to train a model. The rule applies to every project.
Signed GDPR agreement
A GDPR data processing agreement is signed on every project involving personal data. Roles and obligations are set in writing.

The agency

We teach what we build.

Toundra brings together product builders and trainers. We design AI systems and run live build workshops. Every method we teach was first used to build a system. Formats range from an introductory workshop to an intensive bootcamp.

Control
A person approves sensitive actions. Every agent action is logged.
Restraint
The right tool for the right problem: an agent, an automation or a simple change to what exists.
Handover
Every project ends with documentation and a handover. Your teams can run the system.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Who is Toundra for?
CIOs, business unit heads and learning leaders in large companies and institutions. Formats range from a one-off workshop to a transformation program.
Do we need technical skills?
No. The introduction track is built for non-technical teams. The program is scoped around your goals, your constraints and each group’s level. It runs from getting started with the tools to designing internal solutions.
How long until a first result?
A working prototype takes a few days. A move to production takes a few weeks. The timeline is set during scoping, depending on the scope of work.
What happens to our data?
It is hosted with a French or European provider, or on your own servers if you choose locally installed AI. No client data is used to train a model. A GDPR data processing agreement is signed. Details are on our Sovereignty page.
What does the AI Act change for us?
Article 4 sets an obligation of means, not of results. The measures you take are best documented: staff covered, program, sessions held. Our programs lend themselves to that record.
How does the first meeting work?
It starts with a 30-minute call to understand your context and priorities. We then offer a demonstration, in a complimentary introductory session on site or remotely. It draws on cases close to yours, with time for your teams’ questions. You leave with leads to explore, whether or not we work together.
